Can't See Battle Map

I'm currently in session and unable to see the battle map. My DM has checked to make sure it's not a setting she's put on. I seem to be the only one that can't see the map - the rest of the group are having no issues.

This happened to one of our players in a game last night as well.  We could all see the map apart from one of us.  This is with UDL.  I'm not the DM of this game, so unfortunately I can't paste a screenshot of the token settings.
