Why are my NPCs under the effect of Bless?

When I create a spellcaster NPC and click a spell to make a spell attack (such as Fire Bolt) it rolls an extra d4 and labels it as being from Bless.  I have no idea why this is, but they're not under Bless, so how do I turn this off?  Their weapon attacks are not having this happen nor are their saving throws, this is just the spell attacks.

Looks like the Global attack modifier is checked in the attacks section of the character sheet. Uncheck it.

When you select the option to show certain modifiers on the sheet, it prefills a common case. No one knows why...
Thanks you two!  Changing the NPC sheets to a character sheet to turn it off and then back again, while not terrible time consuming is annoying.  Is there anyway I can get it to stop doing this automatically, or am I just going to have to turn that off every time?

It sounds like you have set the default on the Game Settings page. You might need to toggle it off there. I thought it only affected PC sheets, but maybe not. You might need to Apply Default Settings on the in-game settings tab afterward.
