[5e] Spell casting plus Magic Initiate with different stat?

I want to make a character who was training to be a mage (Magic Initiate feat), but finds a magic sword in the archives and (oops!) accidentally makes a pact with a hexblade patron (Warlock class.) So their main caster stat is CHA, and that’s what should be on the character sheet. But they also have two cantrips and a 1st level spell that use INT. Questions Is there any way to handle that gracefully in the 5e character sheet? If not, do you think the best path forward is to make a copy of the 5e sheet and add a second spells page?

You could go into the Spells section of the character sheet and change the Spellcasting ability for your two Magic Initiate spells to Intelligence. Keeping "Spell" for the rest would would use the default Warlock stat.
