Part of the last day feels like I was in a daze (or not even there) so my memory is a bit fuzzy. . Somehow we made it back from the Canyon Falls to the Rose Palace. I got a fancy new magic shield. We found ourselves in Sonny's dream. There we were attached by these nightmare creatures. Knowing that I was the greatest threat, one of them took over my mind. I tried to fight, but I fell under its power. It caused me to attach Sedriss and then Gnippity and then Sedriss again. The brave fool tried to grapple me to the ground. I hope my struggles didn't hurt him too much. I must have been holding back because I didn't hit with my axe too much. Gnippity hit me with a fireball. I'm going to have to talk to him about that, We defeated the creatures and saved Sonny. We were magically transported to a vault in the city of Zolenberg hosted by the clan Kandarak. Not a lot to do here. We have a lot of gold to spend. We got a message from that bastard Edvald. He needs our help undoing the damage he did. I'm not sure if we;re going to help him. We probably should. I wonder if my brother has discovered anything in his quest. If it doesn't take too long, I may try to visit the village to see if he has left a note for me.
