Crafting between now and 9/24

Had we decided on crafting something uncommon? I know Thornduk mentioned making another Headband of Intellect to replace his. Is that still the plan, to get that done first thing and then figure out what is next?  I also am on deck for one but it will be more beneficial for Thornduk to get his back 1st before I have one made being I only use a small handful of spells currently. I just would like to have mine before my next round of spells are available, so level 7. I will also see if maybe I can just find one to buy and then Thornduk can have my purchased mats, save you 400g :) Still using this formula for crafting uncommon, yes? 1 Person = 16 Days 2 People = 8 Days 3 People = 5.3 Days 4 People = 4 Days

Kevin, just as an aside--the 16 days figure was with the use of an Eberron dragonshard, which was consumed in the process. The group had only two (belonging to Thornduk and Sonn respectively), and I believe both have been used. Without a dragonshard, uncommon items, IIRC, are 20 days to craft.

If Kevin and Koop are ok with it, I would like to propose the following, which involves 30 days downtime. Thornduk will be staying in the Kundarak hold (for free rooms & board), and working with Vellios on building three items. 1. Villios already has the necessary items for a headband of intellect for Vellios (Or Bracers of Archery, if he would prefer) - Personally, I recommend the bracers. (Cost, 500GP for Bracers, or 0 for the headband) 2. Thornduk will create a second headband of intellect, to replace the one he lost. (Cost, 500gp) 3. Gauntlets of Ogre Power for Kodiac. (Cost to Kodiak, 500GP) In addition, Thornduk will purchase half-plate medium armor (750gp). If we have the opportunity to extend the downtime to 40 days, then we can build other items. Holding this little remaining gold for the monent. Any objections?

I will go Bracers all the way, fancy book learning is overrated. :) (Oh, and I am 100% ok with the downtime proposal by Steve and thanks!)

I'm also good with Steve;s proposal.  Any extra time I will be spending practicing my Animal Handling. I have 2 weeks out of 10.  I don't think I can help with the crafting, but I will be happy to run errands for anyone or provide bodyguard or heavy lifting services as needed.
