Probably wrong forum for this, no? It's kind of a PITA, but you have to just change the roll20 hex size until it matches in one dimension and then set the image dimensions until it matches in both dimensions. The hexes seem to be not quite symmetrical, so you end up having to squash the image a bit, but it shouldn't be noticeable. For example, I have a map that is 1826
x 3933 with a 30px hex grid (created using GIMP's mosaic tool). After aligning it, I ended up with a roll20 hex size of 26.2 and image dimensions of 1830 x 3912.
