When a token is near the top of a page, the right-click context menu extends past the top of the screen, and you can't scroll up to see it. There seems to be no way to access the top parts of the context menu short of moving the token temporarily. I would suggest automatically opening the menu downwards instead of upwards when the token is near the top of the screen.
