Free Boots of Striding & Springing

Anyone what these boots. I've run out of attunement slots, so giving these up to anyone who wants them.

Steve, Thornduk obtained these boots from Cedric’s Lost and Found in Thelanis (the Feywild), correct? Just as a reminder—the group may have figured this out by now—items obtained in the Feywild cannot be voluntarily unattuned by beings of non-fey ancestry. They operate like cursed items in that regard. And, when activated, they trigger a Fey Magic Item response, again, applicable to non-fey only. The chart and description for Fey Magic Items is in the Journal under Handouts   Sorry 😐... (shrug) gotta love the Feywild ...

Could the magnificent Sonn cast remove curse?

Sonn could certainly cast remove curse if you ask him to.  My understanding of the spell however, is that this will break the cursed bond between you and the item, allowing you to remove the boots, but it will not remove the curse from item itself.  They'll still have to go to a character with fey-ancestry if we want to make use of them at all.

Alternatively, you could sell or trade them once they are unlinked from you.

Speaking of selling things, if someone (hopefully someone charismatic) is free during the downtime, we should also think about trying to sell that +1 Greataxe.  An extra 4000gp (potentially) could certainly help with the crafting of items more useful to the party.
