Everything has been going very smoothly in my Witcher Campaign on Roll20 until last night. When one of my players logged in, she was the only one out of 5 to not be able to see anything. No maps, tokens, textures, etc. Help please?

Have they tried both Firefox and Chrome? have they tried in a Private Browsing / Incognito browser session?
