Image Upload Failures, again

2020-09-24 11:30 am EST both drag and drop and click to upload are failing today. No issues when attempting either on other sites. Hopefully it will clear up at some point today, but if able please look into it.

I just uploaded something successfully. You might want to try again, and if it doesn't work you will probably need to provide more information (browser used, whether you tried both supported browsers in case it was a browser issue, file size, file type, console log, etc.) and probably send it through the Help Center ticket system. https://roll20.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360004417173
I've had this problem with Firefox. The browser completely crashes when dragging an image from a desktop folder to the "upload" dialog window.

You'll need to help isolate where the problem is coming from. The following list narrows down many causes, and the console log is pretty essential when filing a a Help Center Request . Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)
