Modules and Monsters, Messing Managed Manuals

So Hello there, So to get into the nitty gritty of it. I like to have my monsters Have Health (red), Armor (blue), and Speed (green) displayed in that order. I've set it up so when I drag monsters from index onto the battlefield, that's how they show up, with little red health bars at the bottom of the image. Now, if I purchase a Module, with new monsters, or even the same monsters that I already have from the Monster manual, suddenly.. now those monsters are Blank(red), Health (Blue), Armor (green), blue health bar located above the token image.  For whatever reason Bar 1 is the second circle, Bar 2 is the third circle and Bar 3 is the first circle. Now I could change the colors of the Bars so .. from the Modules, the Blue is now red, and the armor is now blue, but still speed won't show up, and the health bar is still above the token image, not to mention the stats will be out of order. So how do I prevent modules from over writing what I have, or how do I make it so modules, will use my desired, campaign settings? I understand the use of Default tokens from compendium under campaign settings, I use that for my customization for the compendium and models I make. I also use Game Default settings to make the bars appear at the bottom of the token, but it seems Modules just mess all that up, and I'm not sure how to reorganize that, without editing every single monster from the module.  Hopefully I am missing something very simple here, so thanks ahead of time!

To be clear, you are unable to change the tokens by using "Apply Default Settings" under Experimental Features while in-game? It will not affect saved default tokens, but should alter every placed token.
That function doesn't appear to do anything. Under Campaign Settings, Token Defaults, I have Bar Location, Bottom Overlapping. This works for non module monsters. I click under experimental features, apply default settings. I select bar location, then click apply. I get a message asking if I want to do this, I say yes, and nothing seems to happen. exited and loaded back in a few times to double check. I even attempted selecting other options and none seem to get applied. Though i didn't know about this function so if it does work for some reason that's good to know.

There is an extremely thin, easy to miss progress bar on that function. A large module can take several minutes to complete. Longer depending on size, load, phase of the moon, etc.
Ah thanks! So I did manage to get the bars to appear at the bottom of the token from using this. I also was able to get aura's (For AOO) to show up, but I still can't seem to get the hp and ac to move over, nor can I get speed to show up on module tokens. Under D&D roll20 5e, character sheet template, I have that all set up for the monster tokens. Is there a way to set up those same commands like npc_speed or npc_hp or hp_max in the token default portion under game default settings? I put in the commands, and they simply just copied over the command lines, but didn't actually progress to work. You've been very helpful so far, so again thanks!
