Character Sheet Request - Harry Potter Tabletop RPG Version 4

Hey guys! I am DMing the Harry Potter Tabletop RPG Version 4 for my very good friends, and have been struggling for weeks attempting to make a character sheet with html/css. Is there any chance someone can help me? We are supposed to play in less than 2 weeks and my crew can't even add their characters to roll20 yet. The game is essentially a reflavored version of D&D 5E, so the mechanics are almost identical. Please tell me someone can help me! 

Post in the main Sheet Request thread , and explain shortly what the differences are from standard D&D5E, as well as link to the rules. That will increase the chance someone might help you out.
