Ch. 41: The Adventures Visit the Mongrelmen Section of the Forbidden City

Dungeon Master (GM): ok, we left off when the party arrived at the south side of where the mongrelmen live in the Forbidden City, after having gotten out of the Needle maze and a brief encounter with phase spiders in an old temple.   Lo Shan: Looking for a Blacksmith   Dungeon Master (GM): so, it' s pretty much just take it from here. They are not gagged. &nbsp; Dalnoth The Human Cleric/Rogue spots some non-mongrel men and tries to get their attention Hey, over here! &nbsp; Lo Shan: Balen approaches them &nbsp; Dungeon Master (GM): ok as you try to go in that direction the mongrelmen prevent you from going farther. &nbsp; Balen The Human Bard Says, "Why are they tied to those poles?" HAHA Not just NPCs? &nbsp; Dungeon Master (GM): I should point out that the prisoners are stripped of their gear and armor ok so, the party sees 4 males and 1 female chained to five 10 ft tall poles with the chains attached 7 ft up. &nbsp; Lo Shan: They wont be getting the sword then &nbsp; Dungeon Master (GM): the poles are carved with crude faces ok as you arrive some go over to the prisoners but instead of releasing them, you all are surrounded by more mongrelmen, one approaches you. &nbsp; Balen The Human Bard Says, "Yes, What is the problem?"
