White triangle with ! in it. What does it mean?

Hello, I'm GM in a game and on top of one of my player's avatar (no matter if it's the player avatar or her character) shows a white triangle with an exclamation mark in it. I can see it, but she can't. What does it mean? (And how do I get red of it?)

Does not sound familiar to me. A screenshot might help someone recognize it.

Maybe it's to indicate there you have an issue with either the video or voice connection to that person?

Never seen that symbol before, and had plenty of connection issues at times. Maybe Roll20 just likes Emma Watson?

Are you the game creator as well as the GM? If not, there might be an API script involved? Does the symbol move with the token or does it follow it around the VTT like an over eager puppy? Are you running any extensions that could interfere with Roll20?

Hello, thanks for the responses: Yes, I am the GM and creator of the game. We do not use voice or video. I have those disabled. The player/avatar in the image is the only one with the symbol on top. Also: It didn't show again yesterday when we continued playing. I'm not running any extensions I'm aware of and btw.: Using Firefox.

You could try having the player delete and re-upload their avatar? It's a weird one, all right.

Sorry, probably a poor choice of words, so to clarify: The icon is there no matter if said player uses her player avatar or the character avatar she's playing in the game.
