Starfinder Charactermancer button disappears

A few days ago, I bought the Starfinder compendium. I fired up a new game (I'm GMing), set it to use my compendium, shared it with my players, made sure the compendium was a green check mark, selected the official character sheet, and saved all my settings. I launched the game, created a character, and started the charactermancer. I didn't get far before I had to leave, so I exited out by closing my browser, figuring I didn't intend to save any of the settings anyways, so I wasn't too worried about it. Now it turns out that neither I, nor my players, can use the Charactermancer. The button is completely gone. I and another player had seen it and launched it, but on returning later, neither of us were able to see it.

Does the problem persist if you create a new, blank character sheet and try to use it?

Create a support ticket to Roll20 , someone else asked about it on the forums earlier and didn't get noticed by the devs either. submitting a ticket is you best chance of getting answers. The button is completely gone. I and another player had seen it and launched it, but on returning later, neither of us were able to see it. AFAIK, the sheet isn't supposed to have a working Charactermancer yet, so its possible Roll20 have been working on one and accidentally released it prematurely, and then removed the button. When the sheet gets one, there will be an announcement that few will miss.
Oosh said: Does the problem persist if you create a new, blank character sheet and try to use it? Yes, I have tried several times with different character sheets. I have also tried exiting my browser, restarting my computer and all that jazz. But I think Andreas J. has it right. I saw several posts about the Charactermancer for Starfinder (or more specifically the lack) and only posted because I had not seen official news either way; but I *have* used a Charactermancer in the game, so obviously some version exists. Thanks for the tip Andreas, I submitted a ticket and hope to get good news.
