As per the subject, My DM made a new character sheet available to me, but I could not select circle of the shepherd as a Druid as I went through the charactermancer.  The only circle available is 'circle of the land'.  I'm assuming I did something wrong, but ? Any suggestions/feedback is welcome, thank you

Circle of the land is part of the free rules.  Your DM will need to have purchased the Xanathar's Guide to Everything book for you to have access to it in the game. You can just manually write it all in if you dont want to purchase it.
