Moving tokens from one game to another

I have read the idea of building one  "base" game and adding your monster tokens then copying it. The issue I see with that is that I was unable to start a game with a module that way, and it would be nice to be able to copy the work done over the years from various campaigns to the newest one. Is there an easy way to perform this? Thank you all in advance for your time.

The pro sub perk ' Transmogrifier ' is perfect for transferring most content between games that you have created. For some things you may be able to leverage the vault (characters, individual art assets (saved as the avatar, although art should be in your library anyway), macros (when saved as character abilities)). For monsters, unless you are using a system with compendium access, you should be able to use the vault... the Transmogrifier would just be quicker generally.
