how do i upload maps from my pc?

i have maps i made on my local hard drive for a one shot im running and i need to put them on here, how do i put them on?

Go into your game and drag/ drop them on to their map page then adjust as needed.

Make sure your maps are .jpg file extension and JPEG files and less than 10 MB in size. Otherwise your upload may fail mysteriously.  My memory of the above may be out of date too. I haven’t uploaded a map in a while.  

I think that may be a 5MB file size limit for someone with a free account.

The maximum upload size is 5 MB for Free users, 10MB for Pro and Plus users I thought it was on the "manage your subscription" page with the big chart.  If it used to mention the file size limit, it doesn't any more.  Since it wasn't there, I wasn't sure exactly where it might be posted. 

I'm trying to use the Help Center more. The wiki is much easier to navigate, but the HC is official.
