Hi. Greetings to all. My name is Iñaki, and I am from Spain. This question may not fit well in this forum topic. I apologize for this if this is the case, but I did not find another forum topic to post on. I wanted to ask about the players' experience of paying to play versus not paying to play. I mean paying a game director to change to direct a game for you. I do not mean to pay in the sense of expense associated with role-playing games (manuals, pencils, etc). I am not prejudiced about paying a director to play a game. Essentially I've never paid for it, but I'm interested in it. I would like to read first-hand, if not inconvenient, different experiences of players than if they have paid to play (as players) in a role-playing game. Curiously. I have found testimonials from directors who charge to play but not many of players who pay to play (especially in Spain). I want to make it clear that I do not want to open a debate on the subject. I don't want a discussion to open here about it at all. I am only interested in reading the testimony of players who have paid to play, who narrate their experience and tell me how they have done, what benefits they see compared to not paying, etc. If you find it annoying to tell it in public on the forum, I would appreciate private messages. As I say, it is a personal curiosity, and something that I have ever considered (pay to play). Emphasize that you do not seek advertising or offers in this regard from directors; I'm looking for testimonials from players who have ever paid to play. Greetings to all and thanks. I await your responses.
