Organizing the macros/Abilities in a character?

Hello Everyone,      I've been building a "Macro character" that contains all my macros, including spells, actions, effect, etc. as suggested by some long-time users.  However, as my players learn new spells, etc, I must add more and more spells to the list.. and it's getting hard to read and/or find things.  So.. I ask, is there a way to organize the Abilities that you have already created into some order (alphabetic would be best) other than last in, last listed?  OR am I S.O.L? Cheers and thank you, Tom

Hi Tom, there's an option on the sidebar's My Settings "Alphabetically sort Token Actions" which will sort the macros "alphabetically".  Otherwise, I believe you can rearrange your macros by dragging them up/down to change their order. Note that adding a new macro to a non-alphabetized list adds it to the beginning.  Hope this helps.

Just to cut off potential frustration, dragging abilities up and down the list only works on a character sheet that is not popped out into its own window. It must be within the Roll20 VTT window. The popout behavior can be controlled on the settings tab in-game.
And, if you are truly gaga over Marie Kondo, you can also create completely empty abilities on that sheet as well.  So you could make one, as someone might... called "*********FIGHTER MANEUVERS*********" and then place that at the top of all your, well... fighter maneuvers (macros).
