[City of Mist] how do you do status pips?

I'm thinking about starting a city of mist campaign for the first time so I've been messing around figuring out who the character sheet and stuff works. I haven't bought the starter set that is on here, but on there I have seen that there are status pips that say stuff like mauled-3 and I can't figure out how to do that. Do I need to buy the starter set on here or pro in order to do that?

API Scripter
How do they function, rules-wise? Do they count down in rounds of combat, or are they "levels" of a feat? If they're automatically adjusted somehow, they may require API, which is a Pro benefit. But if they're static markers, they should come with the starter set. If they don't, they really shouldn't be in the screenshot. Even if they do have some API-enabled functions, they should still be usable with a free account, you'd just have to adjust the number manually. If something from the marketplace won't work without a paid sub, and doesn't say so, you'd absolutely be entitled to a refund. I don't know anything about the game, but it looks like they're not stuck to the tokens like actual token markers. They seem to be in slightly different positions on each one, so I think they might have been hand-placed on top of the relevant markers? Someone who owns the content may know.

Hi, this is Amit, creator of City of Mist. You can track statuses in the game in two ways: - Pick the City of Mist character sheet (free to use) when you create a new game. The character sheet has status cards at the bottom (under the theme cards). These status cards are connected to rolls (they can be invoked to increase or decrease Power of a roll by toggling + or - on the card) but the downside is they can only be viewed inside a character sheet and not on the map. - Add status tokens to the map and write the tag and tier in the token name. That is the method shown on the Starter Set images. You can use any image as a token to do so, even snap images from the free City of Mist status card sheets on our website. The Roll20 Starter Set includes small tokens for this: status, tag, clue, Juice. The downside with this method is that you have to apply these statuses manually, as they are not connected to the rolls. You can add/subtract Power manually from the panel at the top-right corner of the character sheet. Hope this helps!
Thank you for the help I think I now understand.
