Only some players can hear and see all players

During my last game of 5 people when we logged in to the game only the GM and 1 other player could see and communicate with all 3 of the other players.  Me and the other 2 players could not see or hear each other.  We tried to reload, reconnect, and even switched computers and still had this issue.  Any guidance on what could be causing this or how to fix it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Did all 5 players try pressing their reconnect buttons? That is how my group usually sort out these issues. Were you all using Firefox or Chrome?

This also happened to me today, we ended up needing to use another tool for video and audio. We were all using Chrome

Yes, Farling. We all tried to reconnect and ended up using another method for video.  Another session tonight, fingers crossed it is back to normal!

We experienced this same issue last evening. The GM could see and hear all of the players, the players could not see or hear each other. During reconnects the players could talk to each other momentarily but as soon as they connected to the GM their connections returned to the original issue.

Last two weekly sessions for me have been the same problem. Everyone can see me (GM) but not see or hear each other. I use Chrome and also tried Firefox.
