I am slowly realizing how useful the out of game compendium can be as a resource for reading the D&D books on the Roll20 website. Some of the campaigns (e.g. Out of the Abyss, Icewind Dale: Rime of the Frostmaiden) are now listed as "compendium compatible," but I'm not exactly sure what that means. I purchased Rime of the Frostmaiden and was pleased to see that you can read parts of the book on Roll20, although not the entire thing. It would be fantastic if the compendium version of campaign books would allow you to read campaign books sequentially, as if you have the actual book. Can anyone tell me if this is the idea behind making campaigns compendium compatible or direct me to a Roll20 explanation that will clarify?
