Player token problem

So in our Roll20 game. I've had the problem of one of my players are resetting their tokens bars (not on purpose. Just happens). So when a token is dragged out by them the bars is gone (we track hp). Yet when I drag it out. The bar works. We've tried remaking the tooken. Double checking they had access the their character sheet. We tried to give them GM privileges and then reset their token same result (also other characters tokens had their bars removed and when I tried all was as normal). So am I overlooking something. Or is there something wrong with their roll20

Check if they are running any browser extensions that interface with roll20. It's possible one of them could be interfering.  They can check this also by opening roll20 in a different browser, with no extensions installed, and see if the token behaves differently.

The most common cause of this behavior is a player dragging tokens onto the map from their character sheet, instead of from the journal tab. This results in an unlinked graphic, not the default token.
