You're talking about Icewind Dale: Rime of the Frostmaiden, yes? When joining a game as a player, I don't see any of the macros: How are you testing this in your game?

Hey Aaron, thanks. Yes, Rime of the Frostmaiden. Here I am logged in as a player. One of my players also informed me he can see the macros.

You have to click each macro to open it and at the bottom of the options (you might need to scroll) there's a "Visible to Players" box that you'd have to remove their names from. I don't know if there's a bulk way to do it.
