Handouts not Loading

This morning I was working on my game as a dm and my hand outs stopped working. When I click on them to display them they do not pop up, nothing happens at all. After some more tinkering and investigating I have found that they will load up the first time I click on them, but after closing the hand out window they will not work again unless I reload the browser. I am using Chrome and I have already cleared cache. I have also disabled the few API scripts I had running. Nothing seems to work.

It appears as if this issue is on only one of my games as i have loaded up a different game and its not having the same issues

After going through a few things and comparing the different settings between the game that was working and the game that was not working I found that the one that was not working had the Use window popouts for characters was checked. I uncheck marked that and reloaded the page and my handouts started working again. This is odd as the character sheets where popping into a separate window and working fine but the hand outs where not. I have also used this function in the past with no issues. 

I have noticed some wonkiness lately with popped out handouts, but have not been able to consistently reproduce the issue.
