Can't click on the Layer button of the Toolbar and the Tabs for the Tokens, Journal, Options, etc

Hello, as the title says I can't click on the Layer button of the Toolbar, I also cannot click on the Tabs on the right (Tokens, Journal, etc). Due to this I can't access my character sheets and I'm stuck to the Token Layer (can edit Maps or place Tokens in the GM Layer). Please help me, I GM a game tonight and I want my players to have the best experience possible.

That's an unusual one, all right. I would suggest following the steps below and see if that doesn't isolate the issue. My first guess would be using an unsupported browser. Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

If you don't mind answering, what is your hardware/browser combination? Are you on a touch interface?

I'm on a regular desktop and I use Google Chrome, I use a regular mouse&keyboard interface. I've used Roll20 for quite some time now with the same configuration I currently have and it's the first time something like this happened. 

That is very strange. I hope the dev team can work it out. Let us know how it turns out, in case anyone else suffers the same problem.

Have you tried in both Firefox and Chrome? Have you tried in a Private Browsing / Incognito browser session?

What Rabulias said, and also - do the keyboard shortcuts work for changing layers? Ctrl-O, Ctrl-K, Ctrl-M? Might narrow down where the problem is.

So I just tried in Internet Explorer and the game worked perfectly, I could change the layers and had access back to my character sheets. I guess I'll use it instead of Chrome if the dev can't fix the problem before my next session. Rabulias you have my thanks :D I also tried using the keyboard shortcuts in Chrome and it also worked!

It sounds like there's an extension interfering in Chrome. Do you have any adblockers or other extensions running? A clean install of Chrome shouldn't be doing this - otherwise there'd be a many hundreds of replies to this thread.

Hello, I found how to make my game normal again. It seems like the problem was with the "skin" I installed on Roll20 with stylus to match my The One Ring game. I took off the skin and installed it again and now my game is good to go.
