Downloading or Editing a Marketplace Item

Hi all! I play using Monte Cook's Cypher System, mostly Numenera. One of my dislikes about the system is the Cypher card deck and how it has more than 1 cypher effect on the cards. I knew someone who had managed to download or edit the deck somehow and split them all up into their own individual cards, but I have no idea how one would even do this. If anyone could point me in potentially the right direction that would be much appreciated!

Downloading a Marketplace item is set at the time it's uploaded, by the content creator. Content is often restricted due to licensing rights. It appears that Monte Cook has disabled downloading their decks, if you scroll down you see Can only be used with Roll20; cannot be downloaded.

You can duplicate decks and then edit each deck by removing the cards from each deck that you don't need. For example, if you had a standard deck of 54 cards but wanted four decks, each with only one suit (one deck hearts, one clubs, etc.), you duplicate that card deck three times to get four decks of 54 cards. Then remove the cards from each deck until each deck has only one suit. A long, laborious process but can be done.  You should also be able to right click on the image of a card when editing and save the image to your computer, then upload from your computer to your library and build a deck that way. I'm not sure that solves your problem as I have no idea about the Cypher System mechanics.
