Human - Dolores - Klona Game Summary for Saturday (10/17/2020): Opening Scene: Day 20 : June 7th;
5:30 am The Adventurers have been at
Falcon’s Hunters Lodge for a week when early in the morning a loud thunderous
explosion is heard at the south end of the lodge, on a clear sunny day. The
Anchorites of Talos and Many Arrows tribe of Orcs, along with their Twig,
Needle and Vine Blight minions have started their assault on the lodge by one
of the Anchorites casting a Lightning Bolt spell at the wooden palisade part of
the lodge to avoid being exposed to the gatehouse and guard tower. The
attackers push or pull down the splintered logs to enlarge the gap and the
first one through are Twig Blights! Intiative rolls are made and
Combat Round #01 begins when the party, along with Falcon and their guide
Sildar Hallwinter, rush to the site of the explosion and position themselves
for anything that comes through the new
smoldering gap in the palisade: [Long Battle so only the hits
that score a defeat are shown. The complete fight can of
course, be seen in the archived Story Chapter!] Farren, jabs his short sword
into Twig Blight #01 for 12 piercing damage, defeating him! Willie, fires an arrow from his
long bow, hitting Twig Blight #02 for 12 piercing damage, defeating him! Xar’Tharkas, Slices down Twig
Blight #04, for 13 slashing damage with his great sword, defeating him! Xar’s (Time Echo), cuts down
Twig Blight #03 for 12 slashing damage with his great sword, defeating him! Galdor, casts the Shield of
Faith spell upon himself, raising his armor class by 2 for 10 minutes! Vine Blight #01, uses it’s
entangling plants ability to ensnare Alteon, Galdor, Roqar and Sildar Hallwinter! Vine Blight #02, constricts the
ensnared Sildar for 8 bludgeoning damage! Round #02 of Combat! Xar’Tharkas & his Time Echo
both hit Vine Blight #02 for 15 & 10 hit points of damage with the great
sword, defeating the creature! Galdor breaks free of his bonds
from the Vine Blights entangling plants rolling a 13 strength save needing a 12
or better! Falcon, fires an arrow with his
long bow, nailing Vine Blight #01 for 11 piercing damage, defeating him! With the death of the Vine
Blights those that were entrapped from the plant entangling ar e now free as
they wither and die away. Round #03 of Combat! No, defeats were scored Round #04 of Combat! Willie, fires an arrow with the
long bow, piercing Needle Blight #01 for 10 damage, defeating the creature! Xar’Tharkas, slashes Needle
Blight #02 for 16 damage with the great sword, defeating him! ‘ Round #05 of Combat! No defeats were scored Round #06 of Combat! Willie, fires an arrow, piercing
Orc #02 for 13 damage! Xar’Tharkas & his Time Echo,
strike Orc #03 with the great sword for 12 & 14 damage, defeating the orc! Galdor, whacks Orc #01 with the
warhammer (two-handed) for 11 bludgeoning damage, defeated the orc! Anchorite #01 fires off a
Lightning Bolt spell, sending a 100 ft long and 5 foot wide bolt outwards,
catching, Dolores, Galdor, Farren and Roqar in it’s path! Those that made a
Dexterity save with a difficulty level of 15 take only half of the 36 hit
points of damage! Only Roqar took the full brunt of the damage! Round #07 of Combat! No defeats were scored Round #08 of Combat! Farren, succeeds on 1 st
of 3 Death Saves roll a 17. Willie, fires an arrow, dealing
8 piercing damage to Orc #04, defeating him! Roqar, fails 1 st of 3
Death Saves rolling a 7.
Galdor, runs over to Roqar to
cast the Spare the Dying spell upon Roqar, Stabilizing her!
