I've had this happen to me before.  Most clicks are not aligned with where's the mouse is pointing.  Refreshing the page fixes the issue, but that is a pain in a big campaign that takes ages to load ( e.g. dungeon of the mad mage)

Try another browser (Chrome or Firefox) and see if it's any different. Are you running any extensions?

i am using chrome, i have adblocker and another extensions, nut that problem doesn't existed 3 days ago, and i haven't added any extensions
