5E Free homebrew Friday evenings (details in post)

I am currently in a game that is looking for consistent players. We have had a problem with players being able to consistently come. Strongly against last minute dropping out. Not looking for the rules lawyers and players that argue with the DM. There will be a lot of rule of fun and homebrew rules. The DM has been playing for awhile and does use 3.5 and other table top RPGs in the game that are modified to the current game. The world is homebrew from a past campaign and most of the details are in the discord server. We generally run games Friday or Saturday @ 7PM central time. Most of the game is ran in theater of the mind. I would like to get a message on here with just a little information about you. Also please fill out the information below. Really looking for a player who is down to have fun creative ideas. Also looking for a team player who can keep the game moving. Game: D&D 5e Group type: Online / Face-to-face Experience: New / a few years / veteran Location/Timezone: (your physical location or timezone as appropriate) Schedule: (describe when the group plays and any flexibility in that) Roles sought: DM / Player (include numbers of players you are looking for if more than one) Game style: (Some information about what sort of game your group play e.g. casual, hardcore, roleplay, hack'n'slash).
What level are you starting the campaign at?
it's currently at level 7 and its milestone based. for the most part players dictate the story and the DM inputs homebrew stories or uses materials and modifies it to work
I could play fridays in that time slot. If you're looking for one more player beyond me, I know someone as well.
Could you just do a quick about you and your play style? I want to make sure you fit the crew well
Sure, I've been playing tabletops for at least 15 years now, mostly d and d but ive played pathfinder 1e, 13th age, open legends, and a couple other systems. I'm most familiar with 5e. As for gameplay, I fall about 50/50 in terms of combat/roleplay, but I dont mind if sessions end up being 25/75 one way or the other. I like various themes and mythologies, world settings, etc. so I'm pretty open to most settings. If a DM likes to have in depth backstories for character driven games I can do that, or if they prefer that we follow a module or have a loose backstory so they can expand on it later im good with that too.
We do pretty much everything on discord. So the plan is to do a meeting on discord sometime with me and or another player in the current campaign. We are also going to like a mini one shot. Try to build a character with a fun backstory of what you would want to play in the campaign. I want to see how well you will fit in. Bring solid vibes haha. eloteroblanco24#2604 here is my discord
