I have read the instructions for removing a card deck and it does not work. There are no card decks to delete on the option menu, but they are still appearing under my name. How do we get rid of it? Nothing posted as worked.

The default card deck (a deck of standard playing cards) cannot be removed, if that's the deck you're referring to.

Could you clarify: is the deck showing up on the tabletop? Where do you want to remove it from? When you go to the Decks and Rollable Tables tab (it should be between the Jukebox and the "My Settings" tab on the left sidebar) does anything show under there?

It shows on the table top and will not go away. So whenever we are playing above my character's name shows the card deck.

Boaz, are you the GM or a player in that campaign? For the GM, there's a tab for card decks and rollable tables on the right sidebar. All card decks have a "show" button that allows them to be displayed on the tabletop. That same button can be used to hide the deck again, but I believe only the GM has the power to do that.

I am not the GM. The GM has the button off, but it is still showing. So there is a card that will not go away.

The GM needs to turn the deck "back on" then recall all of the cards. After that he can hide the deck again.
