Current best way to import/create rollable tables?

Was looking through the archives to try and find a good way to create/import rollable tables, like some of the ones here in this great thread:

I found this post with a TableExport script, but seems like it doesn't have any comments in the last four years:

So just checking to see if this is still the best way, or if something better has popped up. And if this is the best way, is there a way to use TableExport to pull in a textfile? Or does the first creation of table have to be by hand?

It's still extremely viable. =D. There are some spreadsheets that let you build the commands. 

It's the best, especially for custom tables.

Also, if you have tables you want to add that are part of your current compendium, I just 'finished' a script (thanks to Aaron) that can make a table in game by simply dragging the item and making a handout of it. Here's the forum link for that but do be cautious and try it out on a test copy of the game since it is a very, very new script and I don't want it to break anything.
