2 New players looking for a game

Hello we're 2 new players looking for a  D&D game. We have never played anything before but we know a thing or 2 about D&D rules. I've read a bit of 5e player's handbook but as I have never played, I don't know much and neither does my friend.  I forgot to add that we're from europe. So it might not be possible for us to play with someone from the americas or asia.

I'm in the UK and looking to get a group together for an afternoon game slot, Tues, Wed, or Thursdays if you were available for it.&nbsp; However I do run 4th edition D&amp;D as opposed to 5th, myself and my normal group all believed that 5th was a step backwards after the improvements they had made in 4th.&nbsp; I know a lot of people don't like 4th edition as it was such a major change from 3rd but if you aren't set on 5th ed and are available on a weekday afternoon, please drop me a message you might find it is a system you enjoy.
