Where can I learn RPG playing?

I don't know anything and want to learn Pathfinder or D&D 3.5, can anyone help?

To start learning the Pathfinder system I suggest checking out the Paizo PRD or D20PFSRD at: http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/ http://d20pfsrd.com/ Both contain free rules for Pathfinder. The PRD is probably better organized for the basic rules but the SRD has most of the extra information from the non-core rulebooks. I use both as my internet rules references on a regular basis. Note: The PRD is official while the SRD is unofficial and maintained by enthusiasts. Also, I moved the thread to General Off-Topic. :) - Gauss
The only way to really learn is to be hands on. If you want, I have a game I'm looking to test some stuff in this sunday. I don't mind teaching people the basics on the go. I could even help you make a character beforehand. I'm looking for people willing to Skype. PM me for details if you are interested. https://app.roll20.net/join/100228/smfruQ
You can read up on it and get a fairly good grasp, but there's also the social aspect and other nuances that only translate in a hands-on experience. Join a game here on Roll20 with folks who are willing to help you out, maybe even join a party at your local game shop!
