Hi DMs! I'm looking for one to three other DMs interested in collaborating on a West Marches style 5e D&D campaign. Roughly, this means that each game session would start in a central hub and end in that central hub. This allows for player groups to change from session to session. We would each be running our own sessions, and sharing the details so we keep a consistent game world for the group of players. The finer details to be discussed if you're interested. The general guidelines of the campaign will be as follows: - Gameplay as close to rules as written as possible to make sure games are consistent across sessions/DMs. (I'm open to what books we will use beyond core rulebooks). - Challenging encounter based gameplay with character deaths expected.  - Acceptable content: 5e modules (with any modification we need to do to keep story/setting consistent) , older modules modified for 5e rules, homebrew. - Possibly text based adventures running within the campaign world as a supplement to game sessions. DMs should be: - 18 and older. - Looking for and committed to running friendly games that don't include mature content. - Are able to run at least two games a month. - Interested in a collaborative effort with other DMs for story and world building. If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, send me a message letting me know a little about your DM experience and preferred style as well as any questions for me. I'll put a group together, at most four including myself, and we will get started working on a more in depth game plan, agreeing on books, talking about schedules, etc. After that, we will start looking for players. Looking forward to hearing from you.
