I was guiding a friend through character customization, and when we got to background, when he clicked on custom background nothing popped up. There was nowhere to put in custom proficiencies. We also tried moving to equipment, and he couldn't pick any either. I know we can do it manually later, but it was still kinda frustrating. I tried opening it from my browser also, and I had the same problem. So I don't think it's a browser issue. I also didn't have this issue on using the charactermancer in a different game.
