Fog of War Toggle Button is Gone

I  cannot turn on fog of war for any of my maps. I am playing with the Icewind Dale downloads. During the first weeks i had the module i could go to the map page, click on the gear button  and scroll down and toggle fog of war on and off. Now when I try and do this the button is simply not there anymore. Weirdly, fog of war is still working on the maps where I toggled it on even though that button is no longer available. How do I fix this?

They have made a change to the UI for the page settings.  It looks like FoW is the first checkbox on the Legacy Lighting tab.

Make sure you are not using any extensions which might be changing the interface. The page settings box was recently changed and they may not have been updated to cover this.
