My players can now walk through walls by default!?

In my last session, my players could suddenly walk through my dynamic lighting walls - all of them. After going through my settings I saw that the new page settings has a toggle: Dynamic Lighting Barriers Restrict Movement, and it defaults to Off. Also, there's no matching setting in the Game Settings, and no way to Apply Default Settings. My only choice is to go through every page in the game and manually set and save that toggle.
