Keep in mind you would just about need to rework everything. That is what I started from when I made the Palladium Fantasy 1E sheet. But the Megaverse sheet was written so long ago that it doesn't even interact with some of the current features of Roll20 like being able to drag roll buttons to the quick macro bar. It also uses html tables for layout instead of setting the structure with css, which is something they don't accept in new submissions. I'm not saying you can't/shouldn't do something with it, just that you will likely have to make many more alterations than you are thinking of at the moment.
Okay, so I convinced my GM To switch character sheets to Heroes Unlimited, and the elective skills didn't copy, or HtH1

Yeah, they wouldn't. The only time stats will carry over from one sheet to another is if the attribute names (in the html, not the visible label) are the same on both sheets. The data is still there. For stats that weren't in a repeating section, you could probably find them on the Attributes & Abilities tab. Anything from a repeating section is still part of that character as raw data, but won't be visible in any way since the structure of the repeating sections is totally different. If you want to change sheets, it is probably best to just rebuild your character on a new sheet so that there isn't the hidden data from the Megaverse sheet still attached to your character. It probably won't cause any problems, but starting clean might be best in the long run.
