How to change the default token bar player permissions

I don't want my players to see the token bars of any of the tokens I add to a map, but the default settings for any added token gives players permission to edit and says that anyone who can edit can also see the bar. I have to change the player permission settings for every NPC token I add to a map, and that can take forever and get tedious. Is there any way to change the default settings or change these settings en masse for all the tokens on a map? Thank you so much!

I believe there is a setting for that in the Token Defaults section of the Game Settings, the same page where character sheet abs compendium settings are.
