text disapering

when trying to write text on the map using the draw text tool it vanishes on the screen yet my players can still see it and when they try drawing text on screen it vanishes for them and i still cant see it. i am using an updated Firefox for my web browser and running windows 8.1 to recreate the error all that's needed is to try using the draw text tool on the left side of the screen.

ah well at least i know its not just me then and luckily i am already set up with chrome since i use that for testing webpages. just tried it using chrome and it works fine there. thanks for the quick reply and suggestion.

Josh, the other user who was having this issue discovered that enabling Hardware Acceleration seemed to solve the issue. You could check to see if you have it enabled in Firefox.

it was already turned on on and i checked with firefox troubleshooting apparently it is an issue they have been having with windows 8.1 they suggested going to full screen mode and aperently that has helped some people with there hardware problems. didnt work here but at least i have chrome working so I will just use that from now on.

Okay, thanks for reporting back. Hopefully Firefox will get this sorted out soon!
