Provide a menu item from Token to Associated Character Sheet

When a token represents a Character Sheet, there should be a button or icon on the token pop up menu that allows you to bring up that associated character sheet from the journal. This should only be available when a token represents a Character.

Hi Orby, This feature is already available without the need for a pop-up menu... ALT+double-click a linked token and it will open the associated character sheet.
