Player going to wrong page

One of the players is going to another page.  Under the page toolbar, which the DM has control over the Red "PLAYERS" (what players see) is malfunctioning with a player.  That player is automatically going to a page other than the one designated to go to. We have both left and come back, the player has resigned in, and alas, still the same result.  What is going? 

Looking at the Page Toolbar, do you see a small version of your player's avatar on the renegade page in question? If so, select that mini-avatar and drag it onto the page with the red "Players" ribbon. If you want to split the party on purpose, you can drag individual player avatars from the bottom of the screen up to different pages.
