My player can't see the Object Layer

One of my players is unable to see the Objects and Tokens layer, while myself and 7 others have no problem. This is NOT a problem with his system, because, when I Control-L his token, to see what he can see, the token shows up black, as does the map. The player is new to this game, but is able to function fine in other Roll20 games. I tried creating a new character and assigned it to him, but it performs the same way. This seems like an issue with the player's account or with how he was invited to the game, but I am, uncertain. Any help in resolving this would be appreciated. -RF

Just checking the most obvious, is the token set up correctly to represent a character sheet the player has access to? And does it have "sight" (LDL) or  "vision "(UDL) enabled? You can also check a couple of other things; give the problem player access to one of the working characters temporarily. Can he now see that players token & vision? Also try moving to another map if there are still issues.
Thanks, Oosh! That did it. I missed the Legacy Lighting. Problem solved! -RF
