Standard Playing Card Deck Not Showing on Table

Firefox/Chrome mac OS High Sierra Logged in as GM, "dealing" cards to the table the "deck" registers the cards as "on table" but do not show to me or the players. When using Chrome, only about half of the cards played on the table end up visible to myself or players. Any ideas what the issue could be?

I'm on Windows 10, Edge (Chromium) and have the same issue. If you deal the cards face down, the backs show, but nothing if they're face up. Just started happening recently. Same issue in Firefox. Same issue as OP for Chrome... some of the cards dragged to the tabletop show up, but not all.
Hi, Same problem here, no cards visible with firefox (nor chrome)... Furthermore, if I create a new cards deck, it's empty !

Having the same issue -- Dealing cards to table seems completely broken right now.  Pretty frustrating
I have the same issue and have tried multiple browsers and computers.  This is a crippling issue for roll20 and no responses.
Having the same issue, dragging cards on the table doesn't work. For some reasons, the Curse of Strahd's Tarokka Deck works fine, it's just the standard Playing Cards deck that doesn't seem to work. I've tried fiddling with both decks settings but that didn't change anything: the Playing Cards deck never works and the Tarokka Deck always works.
Exact same issue happening to me, have tested the same steps as @Simone C., same results: any custom decks works just fine, only the standard playing cards have this weird bug
I am adding to this issue: default Deck is not showing cards played to the table; correctly.
Hellooooooooo admin can you hear us?
I have the same issue. I think the only solution at the moment, is to make a custom deck with all the standard playing cards. It sucks, but until it is fixed - it is the only solution I can think of. (Given I use the savage worlds (Deadlands) system it really sucks to have to do this)
I found out the bug seems to be the fact the standard card back and card fronts are invisible when put on the table. If you replace the card back and card front (which is sadly a bit of work) it's fixed - at least if you want to throw cards on the table. It is however very troublesome generally speaking.

yup my workaround is to replace the front and back which then shows them on the table
I just discovered this bug when trying to set up a Chase for Savage Worlds. This is extremely frustrating. Why hasn't anyone from Roll20 addressed this in two months?
Just the same. I have to manage a Chase, but I can't. Seems like it's an old problem, yet still no answer from the developers.
Up. Still same issue.
Bumping this
Same issue, annoying as heck
Same. Etc. etc.
It doesn't seem to affect everyone at the same time. Here it started presenting the problem in all my games.
I am having this issue as well, standard deck is very spotty on whether or not the cards actually show up on the tabletop.
Same issue here. Cards can be dealt on the table with backs up, but when selected to flip a card (for chase), it just disappears.
Cards simply aren't showing up when played on the deck. They can't be selected or anything...
Yes I just noticed this too.  Created a deck and tried a demo with fellow player.  If card is played it cant be seen by others.
I'm really bummed about this as I had a character take a proficiency in playing cards over dice so we could play with this function. It's been six months and Roll20 has completely ignored the issue. What a bummer, definitely makes me less likely to buy a mod through Roll 20 in the future. Guess I'm going back to DnD Beyond and Schmeppy.
Hi. Was trying to GM "Nightmare at Hill Manor" from Chronicles of Darkness. It starts with a Poker-Game, which is not required to actually play it, but I wanted to have some fun for my players. Well, as it turns out, my players can see all the cards laying on the table, but me, Pro-User, good PC, Firefox-User (which can't be the issue because my players use it as well), Windows 10, can't see the cards at all. Tried refresh, hard refresh etc. It seems like it is a bigger issue. And dear GMs, it may be a small problem, but a lot of player just enjoy playing card games, so please - Don't ignore us for half a year!
Hey everyone, I opened a bug report with the site and have gotten a (rather disappointing) response to "try clearing my cache" (which I of course did when I first encountered this issue.) I suggest anyone experiencing the bug with playing cards to open a full bug report with the site, and link to this discussion board when doing so. Good luck!

I had this problem about six months ago, which lines up with the date this was posted. The solution turned out to be to make a new deck... but for that you need to make a new game or pay roll20 money to gain the ability to add a new deck to your old game. or search the net for an alternate solution. From my experience the devs won't fix anything if it only affects a fraction of the nonpaying playerbase.
