GM/Player Desync on Turn Order when changing pages

For several years now my groups have experienced the same issue. If a GM adds players to the turn order because of a combat say, and then resolves the combat, and then moves the players/game to a new page the following happens: The Turn Order clears and becomes empty for the Players. The Turn Order remains including player tokens for the GM, and the player consequently can't add players to the turn order again since they are already there. The fix during play is that once the GM is reminded of this weird Desync Bug, they should delete the turn order completely and readd everything each time they change pages. This problem has persisted for as long as I have been on roll20 and I don't know why, since it SEEMS like it would be really easy to fix in the greater scheme of things. Having a Turn Order that gives the same info to everyone should be pretty easy to do. But I thought for sure Roll20 knew about it and would fix it a year ago, so I didn't make a report and I guess at this point I have to assume that some how no one else knows about this?
Turn Tracker entries are tied to individual tokens. Individual tokens are tied to maps. A copy of a token on one map has a different tokenID on another map. Say you have two maps each with the same player's token on it. On one map its tokenID is A1F7, and on the other map it is B33D (greatly simplifying the tokenIDs here - they are longer random strings). As the GM, you can see everything in the Turn Tracker, even turns for tokens not on the current map. Players only see turns for tokens they control or can see on the map they are currently on. As GM, you should be able to add new turns for tokens on the current map. If an encounter spreads over two maps, here's what I do: When you move to the new map, copy over all the tokens, right-click each token (player and NPC) on the new map and choose Add Turn from the pop-up menu. Then edit the value of the new entry to match the one from the other map (as the GM you should be able to see both token's turns in the Turn Tracker). You can then adjust the order so they group together. Your view of the Turn Tracker will be more cluttered and you will need to click through more turns to advance the order, but your players should see just one set of turns in the Turn Tracker. GM View: If you know in advance of an encounter that will likely spread over two maps, you can do some prep work beforehand to save some time in game. Copy the player tokens onto each map and add turns for PCs and NPCs on both (leaving their Initiative values as 0 for now). Once combat begins and initiative is rolled, you can update the values for the turns on the other map to match, so combat can flow back and forth between the two more easily.
