My map is blurry. But, my husband's roll20 is working just fine

I'm a player, not a DM.  When I log in to my game, the maps are blurry.  My husband doesn't have this issue on his computer (we play in the same campaign).  I have reloaded multiple times.  I have closed it out and come back in.  I have checked settings.  I don't know what else to do to fix this.
I have the same problem since Saturday and I had it both as a DM and in Player mode. I´ve also tried different browsers, doing a restart, nothing helped and that was very annoying. The issue is still present in my game today, it nearly ruined my last session.

The best tips I can think of to hopefully-maybe fix or improve this for yourself,&nbsp; Go into browser settings, do CLEAR CACHE.&nbsp; Return to the map and give it time to load up fully. Now there should be a complete, fresh, full version of the map in your browser cache and it should begin to load more quickly after this. Also just give it time to load, before you start panning-zooming-rolling and other actions, when you first Launch Game.
