Movement not restricted by Dynamic Lighting Barriers

I bought the Rise of the Runelords set on here.  I ran a bit of it yesterday.   I am using the Updated Dynamic Lighting settings.  On the map, I have it set to have the Dynamic Lighting Barriers restrict movement. I have 5 Player Character tokens.  EAch of them has vision enabled.  They each have night vision enabled to 60 feet (all the characters are dwarves, so they do not need a light source.) And they can walk through walls, etc.  It happens even when I exit and re-enter the game in player mode. I have looked around here and selected all of the options that I have read need to be enabled. Should I instead be using the Legacy Lighting System instead? Mark

Longshot, but did the DL lines somehow get moved to another layer (like the GM layer)? If you temporarily switch the page to LDL, set up a token with LDL vision & re-join as player, does the problem persist for that token? I still use LDL due to all the bugs still in UDL.
Nope, the DL lines are on the DL layer.  And in LDL, how do you give a token darkvision?  I mean, I created a token and it can see itself, but it should be able to 60 feet in all directions with no light source, but it can't see anything beyond itself.  So, I can't really test them out on LDL (though, when I tried, I could still walk through walls.)
Just an update: I have tried both LDL and UDL.  I have given the token vision in each one.  I made sure to have the page properties set to prevent crossing the lighting boundary. Nothing works. At this point, I'm just ready to throw my hat in and give up.  It's incredibly frustrating (but, on the other hand, I would say that but for this one thing, the UDL seems to work fine, at least for the game I ran on Saturday!).

Just out of curiosity, have you tried testing this with a dummy (second) account or with one of your players (maybe use a small test map to avoid spoiling things)?  Just on the off chance that some of your GM privileges are following you when you rejoin as player, it might be worth a try in case this is some bug with UDL for the GM/creator account.

For something like this, posting screen shots of the page and token settings is often helpful in getting other folks to catch something that may have been missed.
Okay, good points, Keith. So, here are 3 screen shots:  the page properties (showing UDL) (2 shots of those) and 1 screen shot of the token settings.  All the PC tokens have darkvision so a light source isn't needed (and when I tried to actually have full daylight on the map - wow - it just ground everything a halt.)
I GIVE UP! No sooner did I post those screen shots then I went back and tested it and it works fine! Son of a biscuit!
In fairness to Roll20, I have to say that the speed is much better than it was, but it's still a bit slow when it renders the map (at least the first time - I moved a token a few times and that seemed to do fine.)  I don't know how it will work on the PCs my players play on.  So, I'm guessing some work was done on it, but the initial issue (DL layers blocking movement) seems to work now un UDL!  Now, if we can just get a speed/performance boost. Thanks for the assist, all!
