Issue with loading in Microsoft edge browser mobile site is only browser to show images. Turned off app background refresh in browser settings of iphone7 I’m using 14.2 up to date version iOS. In desktop version enabled as second picture shows asks for roll20 tutorial to complete is not selectable. Tried in Firefox no images shown in mobile site. In desktop mode same as Edge browser asks for roll20 tutorial cant click link and for both cant scroll over on page to right or down to read full message. Tried in Google Chrome and like Firefox and Edge keeps reloading page about 36seconds apart. Chrome is only one that when attempts to reload page second time gets page error saying restart device etc. Ive restarted device I’m using LTE internet / wifi connection tried both. Is roll20.net not compatible with mobile users? I wanted to create character using sheet and start playing from my phone. Couldn’t get screenshot but after waiting for page reload in Safari and in Edge enough times it joined game. No icons were functional tried clicking in chat window to type message was unresponsive. After 30 some seconds page reloaded and was no longer in joined game. I have no apps extensions installed on phone to interfere with browsers. I tried with background app refresh on initially. Safari cannot toggle off background refresh that I’m aware of. I dont know how to give bug error pages of Firefox Edge Chrome or Safari. I hope my detailed explanation extensive troubleshooting and images provided above can offer some help.
